"Mitch, you owe Avalon a massive thank you for being a polite and competent professional, she is the ONLY reason this is a 4 star review and not 1 star. I recently had the mispleasure of Colin texting me about my shopping for auto insurance. But he thought my name was Dale which it most definitely is not, and ghosted me. Avalon when I called your agency was able to look into things and figure out that Quote Wizard gave you the wrong number for Dale, and was able to help me figure out how to reach out to Quote Wizard to get them to stop the calls from dozens of agencies.

I would suggest Mitch that you provide better training to Colin, and that you seriously reconsider buying leads from Quote Wizard as there are numerous lawsuits around their TCPA violations and you risk lawsuits yourself. Also, you were one of over 20 agencies who reached out to me...not sure how cost effective the leads you buy are.

Avalon thankfully was polite, apologetic, and most important helped figure out a way to stop the bad behavior of the company you buy leads from. Some other agencies will be explaining to a judge why they continued calling me after I told them to stop, and will be facing substantial fines :)"
